Memory Space is a collaborative photo sharing platform that allows users to create "memory spaces" for events, places, or themes, and invite others to contribute photos. The Service includes web-based tools for uploading, organizing, viewing, and sharing photos.

Space owners may moderate content submitted to their spaces. Additionally, we reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, without prior notice. We are not obligated to monitor all content but may do so at our discretion.
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality (excluding User Content), is owned by Memory Space and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Memory Space and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Memory Space operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
